Monday: 3.67 miles. Crappy weather meant another uphill power-walk on the treadmill. Almost 1k vert.
Tuesday: 10 miles. 10x800M @ 5% incline.
Wednesday: 6.11 miles. Standard neighborhood loop for recovery run.
Thursday: 12 miles. Nailed a progression run in the foothills. Really felt great throughout the run, with some absolutely gorgeous weather.
Friday: Flew out early in the morning to Houston to visit friends.
Saturday/Sunday: Took the weekend off to hang out with friends and my wife.
